"Great boots, hard to find my size"
I really like these boots, but my size is pretty much always sold out. I’ve checked a few times, actually, more than a few, and still no luck. it’s getting annoying.

I wasn’t sure how they’d hold up in messy slush, but they did a great job. My feet stayed warm and comfortable the whole time, which really gave me confidence wearing them in cold, wet weather.

"Good service, but replies could be quicker"
I ordered from moonboot.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service for an update on my delivery. They did get back to me and were polite, so I can’t really complain about the attitude or helpfulness. It just took a couple of days each time to get a reply, which felt a bit slow, especially when you’re spending that much and waiting on an order. My question was sorted in the end, so that was fine, but I was definitely expecting a faster response. Overall, not a bad experience, just not amazing either

I ordered from moonboot recently the boots looked great when they arrived. Shipping was totally fine too, and the box showed up in good shape. The problem was the sizing, they just didn’t fit right, so I had to send them back. The return shipping ended up costing more than I expected, which was frustrating, especially since the boots aren’t exactly cheap to begin with. I might order again if I knew my size for sure, but after dealing with that return cost, it’s definitely the main thing I remember and it makes me hesitate

I really like the look of these boots. They have that retro winter style, but not in a boring way, if that makes sense. Some of the colors are a little too loud for me, although I do kind of like that they’re different. Anyway, the design is fun, and they stand out without feeling too over the top. I’d buy them again just for the style alone.

The boots themselves seemed okay, which is why I’m a little torn, but the packaging was completely smashed up when it arrived. It made the whole thing feel like the boots had been tossed around or badly handled. Kind of frustrating because I wanted to be excited to open them, but the condition of the box gave me mixed feelings right away.

I had to exchange these for a different size, and to be fair, it did all get sorted out in the end. The return label was easy enough to find, which helped, but the updates took longer than I expected. Customer service got back to me after a couple of days, and the new pair arrived without any issues. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but in my case it felt like there was more waiting around than there needed to be...

I mean, it does look cool, but after wearing it for a while it starts to get a little uncomfortable. Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t say it’s comfy enough for long use.

"Nice site, but frustrating on mobile"
The site looks good, but using it on my phone was kind of annoying. Every time I opened a product and then went back, my filters seemed to reset, so I had to start over a few times. Checkout also felt slower than expected, and some of the sizing info wasn’t easy to find. For such a well-known brand, I expected the whole experience to be smoother. Not the worst, but definitely frustrating. Did anyone else have the same issue with the filters resetting?

"Refund came through, just slower than I expected"
In the end, I got my refund, so it worked out. The shoes themselves were fine, but I needed to return them. The only annoying part was that the refund took longer than I thought it would, and customer service did respond, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t exactly great either.

"I wanted to love these because they…"
I wanted to love these because they looked great right out of the box, but after wearing them a few times, I’m disappointed. The outer material already looks scuffed up, and the stitching on one boot is starting to look loose. For the price, I expected better quality. They might be hit or miss, but my pair doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up very long.
