I placed an order with company and received the goods exactly on 12/27/22. The sizing guide for Moon Boot and their sizing is very off so I wouldn’t even go off of the sizing guide if I were you. Either way, the same day I received the order I contacted customer service to let them know that the boots were falling off my feet and I was not satisfied. Also, the boots are very very cheaply made. They have a foam inside and rubber bottom. The company received their item I returned in less than two days on 12/30/22. Now they are saying the item was worn and it never was. They also do not give you the option to have the boot returned back to you. They just keep your money and the item and run around in circles with you. They also don’t give you the opportunity to escalate the situation or speak to a supervisor. They lie and say you will be contacted back but it’s not “guaranteed”. They have said this to me me numerous times and no one has contacted me. They do not keep record of the times you called and they do not provide you with a case number. It’s now 01/10/23. This company stole $200 from me and refuses to refund me and since they won’t refund me they even refuse to mail me the original goods at that. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone and I am writing this review in hopes that someone else does not have to go through this or feel what I am feeling. Do your research on this company. Also on their Instagram page many people are reporting not to buy from them and are experiencing the same issues as I am. So clearly, they are doing this too many people. Customer service agents have also hung up on me numerous times.

Absolutely do not order from this company!
I purchased some boots for my daughter for Christmas and when I received they were much too small. The website said 39-41 is an 8-10 and she is an 8.5.
I sent photos of the boots (literally still in the box unworn, untouched) I said I will return and order a size up from their website.
I just received an email stating their service team can’t help me being outside of the 2 week return window.
All companies extend this window during the holidays.
I will never order from this company again. Many more companies with a better product for the price with much better customer service!

Don’t buy from this company, the customer service is useless and don’t respond to your emails. They refused to pay me a refund because the accusing me of wearing the boots which is an absolutely lie. I returned the boots the next day and they keep saying they were worn.

Dreadful experience. Still awaiting a refund of £270 from a purchase I returned on 19 March. It is now almost July.

I purchased 3 pairs of boots on 14 March this year. Returned them a few days later. Still waiting for a refund. Moon Boot tell me that DHL (their courier with whom I booked the return) are holding the parcel in customs and I must now wait another 6 weeks. That will take us to August before I receive my money back.

Moon Boot need to take responsibility for DHL messing up as their courier.
